Today on The Menopause Uprising Podcast I am joined by my fellow menopause advocate, Lorraine Keane. Lorraine was the first Irish Public Figure to openly discuss her perimenopause story in 2016 and has continued to fuel the conversation hosting her Let’s Talk Hormone Health podcast and regional events. Lorraine is an IFTA-nominated broadcaster and journalist and founder of Fashion Relief, a preloved women’s clothing and accessories charity initiative, which has raised over €700,000 for Irish charities to date.
Today's conversation is as real as it gets as Lorraine shares her honest experience of perimenopause and the ups and downs it has brought into her life.
