Back in 2024, Emily and Charlie (our chaotic first host) interviewed Dame Mischka for the first time and we learnt the lore of her humble triathlon beginnings. lol. With MPDA coming up, we thought this was an excellent ep to repeat!
Pole Delulu. There are so many variations of it, so we reached out to YOU, our beloved audience for some lil examples and did you deliver! Steph and Em listen to all and even share some of their own Delulu. Episode also contains chaos and a Gen Alpha reference.
It's Late Night Chat's with Emily and Bailey! Woooo! Strap and lock in, cause we are covering a lot. What's been up with Em lately - They have been feelin' a tad guilty. AI has come for Pole Dancers, Pole Theatre Worlds, XXXpress26 Comp AND how is Bailey doing in the lead up to MPDA 2026. AND a rougue cricket makes an appearance. #Buglife
Strap in, and pop Rox in your socks - CHILLI IS BACK ON THE PODDY. And we rapid fire, adhd yap through so many things. Road to Icon, MPDA, reveal of venue for Road To Icon, processing grief....just to name a few.
Anyone got a match? Our MPDNSW 2026 REGGIE is on the pod this week! Em and Reggie chat everything that was leading up to this year's comp, how important it is to show the lows as well as the highs, and also think about Fireball Shots.
