The World Cup of Special Days gets underway with Groups A–D, taking a hard (and very unserious) look at the days that pop up every year and somehow manage to take over our lives. From the pressure of Valentine’s Day and the emotional minefield of Mother’s Day, to the quiet chaos of World Book Day, the madness of Black Friday, and the sugar-fuelled mayhem of Halloween, this episode digs into why these days exist, who they’re really for, and how they somehow became unavoidable. Along the way we get into the rise of niche calendar moments like National Masturbation Day and Random Acts of Kindness Day — the kind of days you don’t remember until social media aggressively reminds you they’re happening. Some are commercial, some are heartfelt, some are confusing, and some probably shouldn’t be a thing at all — but every one of them sparks an opinion. This episode sets the tone for the tournament.

Breaking up is hard to do. Talking about it? That's a different story altogether. This week, Alright Fans and Crazy Ginger Cabbie return with another instalment of The Unofficial Guide, tackling one of life's most awkward, painful and occasionally hilarious experiences: breakups. From first loves and teenage heartbreak to messy separations, getting dumped, doing the dumping, awkward encounters with exes and the questionable decisions we make when relationships fall apart, the boys explore the good, the bad and the downright ridiculous sides of calling it quits. Who gets custody of the mates? Is getting back with an ex ever a good idea? How long should you wait before moving on? And why do some breakups still haunt you years later? Expect personal stories, brutally honest opinions, plenty of laughs and a few moments that might hit closer to home than expected. As always, there are no experts, no relationship counsellors and absolutely no guarantee of sensible advice. Just two mates talking about love, loss, moving on and knowing when it's time to call it a day. But whatever you do, make sure you stay until the very end. Because just when you think you've heard everything, the boys have one final announcement that nobody will see coming. This is one episode you really don't want to miss. What if the conspiracy theories are even madder than we thought? This week, Crazy Ginger Cabbie is off, so Alright Fans welcomes special guest Sam Hammond, aka the artist formerly known as Vom Cruise, for a trip down one of the internet's strangest rabbit holes. Welcome to The World Cup of Conspiracy Theories. From McDonald's, The Simpsons and New York City sewer fights to Stonehenge, the letter S, Bill Gates, Beyoncé, Denver Airport and the supposed 100% female Chinese army, we're putting some of the world's wildest conspiracy theories into the draw. Secret plots. Bizarre coincidences. Internet rabbit holes. Extraordinary claims. And plenty of theories that sound like somebody invented them after three days without sleep. But which ones are genuinely intriguing? Which are complete nonsense? And which deserve to progress? This free episode features Groups A–D, as the first conspiracy theories battle for their places in the knockout stages. Trust nobody. Question everything. This free episode features Groups A–D, as the first batch of sequels fight for survival. Some are genuine masterpieces. Some became bigger than the films that came before them. Forty haircuts. Forty crimes against the barber's chair. One undisputed number one. Alright Fans and Crazy Ginger Cabbie are back with another Top 40, this time counting down the maddest haircuts of all time. From David Beckham's cornrows, Marouane Fellaini's afro and Phil Foden's skin fade to Roberto Baggio's ponytail, Michael Bolton's mullet, Joe Exotic, Dog the Bounty Hunter, Liam Gallagher, Hulk Hogan, Steven Seagal, Paddy Pimblett and plenty more, no head is safe. Footballers, rock stars, wrestlers, actors, TV personalities and some genuinely astonishing styling decisions all make the countdown. Some were fashionable at the time. Some have somehow survived for decades. Some were never acceptable in the first place. And then there's Gerry Francis. Who takes number one? Which legendary barnet has been criminally overlooked? And how many different ways can two grown men describe a mullet? It's the Top 40 Mad Haircuts. Executive Producer: Stuart Bluman Filmed at: The Factory London For studio bookings: [email protected]
