Show Notes
In December 1975, 28 year old Becky Harrington and her two children – 9 year old Pamela and 4 year old Cassandra were shot and killed by Detroit police officer and husband and father, Paul Harrington. This was just one week after the couple had separated.
Harrington handed himself in after killing his whole family and was charged with three counts of murder. He was acquitted by reason of insanity and spent two months in a psychiatric institution.
25 years later in October 1999, Wanda Harrington and her 3 year old son Brian were shot and killed by husband and father, none other than Paul Harrington. He had killed his second family. This time he was found guilty of the murders of his family and sentenced to life in prison.
This is the story of the two Harrington Families.
