All Things Breastfeeding with Libby & Co

Parent Pod

Show Notes

In this episode we have the lovely Libby Cain on the show from @libbyandco on Instagram. Libby is a nurse, midwife, lactation consultant and childbirth educator. As we mentioned last week, we have tried every type of feeding between the three of us…breast, expressed bottle fed, formula fed, tube fed, specialized formula, and one thing that we can all agree on is that fed is best. We are very excited to be learning about all things breastfeeding, from how to prepare in pregnancy, those first few days and weeks of feeding as well as some tips and tricks to help you along the way! Libby is an absolute wealth of knowledge when it comes to all things lactation and we can’t wait to learn from the guru herself!

They were first started in Auckland in 1994 specialising in skin care and treatment and now have over 50 locations across NZ, offering appearance medicine, skin rejuvenation, laser hair removal and body shaping. Also, as you can hear the intro was recorded a couple of weeks ago and incase you missed it, Kathryn has welcomed her third son Bertie to her family. Plus, we have a big update for you all xxx
