Show Notes
Sam and Natalia finish the FANTASTIC BEASTS trilogy with the third and (thank God) final film, THE SECRETS OF DUMBLEDORE.
Five years after the events of the first film, Albus Dumbledore (Jude Law) tasks Newt Scamander (Eddie Redmayne) with a mission to help take down the dark wizard, Gellert Grindelwald (Johnny Depp... wait, no, sorry, Mads Mikkelsen). Friendships will be tested. Love will be lost. Random plot developments will be quickly dropped before Warner Bros try to forget this film series ever happened. Welcome to the end of the epically terrible FANTASTIC BEASTS trilogy.
Topics of conversation include Dumbledore's sexuality, the failed pentalogy, Steve Kloves and Steven Moffat, the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Seamus Finnigan, Queenie's terrible characterisation, Ariana Dumbledore, rolling Rs, missing Katherine Waterston, the ship of Theseus, Donald Trump, and trans barmaids.
