A secure leader is one who will not be constantly comparing themselves to others. A secure leaders don't strive to be important. A secure leader is not offended easily when others question the calling or the direction or what you're doing. A secure leader will never manipulate, control, or to use rejection as a tool to solidify loyalty. they demonstrate love for people. a secure leader leaves promotion in the hands of God. A secure leader lives in the will of God. Our life is fueled by our passion to love Jesus. A secure leader, is patient to move and speak under God's direction and in his timing.

A godly leader is surrendered to God. It is a daily act of laying aside flesh, self, preferences, and comforts for the plan of God. Surrender is not a life of passivity. It's a life of union with a king on a mission. Jesus became nothing in order to become everything. He won by losing. Surrender is the path to glory. Surrender is the responsibility of a leader.
We have to surrender whatever skill, whatever talent. Whatever gift God has given to us, give it back and watch him multiply it. He multiplies whatever you put in his hands.
