Today’s episode is the Introduction to my book ‘Astral Dancer’ I have decided to make the audio version public albeit within my Patreon community. It would be a shame not to share it considering the amount of time and effort it took me to record it. The first part of the book is narrated by myself and Danny, Danny is another me, another life, for the sake of our timeline he is a past life. The voice of Danny is AI, I wanted to keep the audio, let’s say ‘cost effective’ so I had no option but to go down this path.

Foreword
(Ali) This is the second edition of Astral Dancer. The dreams and astral adventures remain the same, apart from a little editing. I have only added this foreword and added a new chapter at the end discussing the implications of my experiences. After rereading this book recently, I have realised it goes deeper than I originally thought, with connections on many levels. Previously I had written a novel though it was never published, one day about 20 years ago I sat at the kitchen table and started writing what came into my head. Around the same time, I started having a lot of dreams and astral adventures, some of which are described in ‘Astral Dancer’. It was as if the novel, called ‘The Photograph’, were the catalyst for an incredible adventure into self, crossing time and space.
In ‘The Photograph’, the protagonist, Toni, is a teenager who wants to make a difference and help troubled children in difficult situations. She also had a difficult childhood, but I won’t go into details and spoil the story in case you wish to read it. Can a fictional character make a difference? At first I thought it would be by donating money from the sale of the book to a children’s charity but I realise now it went a lot deeper than that. More from Astral Projection Podcast
I am starting a series of podcast episodes where I am going to describe in detail what I was doing that led me to have my first out-of-body experience, and how I managed to keep them going, leading me into an incredible adventure. I haven’t been having them all my life so it wasn’t something that came naturally to me, I had to work at it. I have always been a dreamer though, I have always loved dreams, I had the occasional lucid dream but I wouldn’t have called myself a regular lucid dreamer.
I came across this yesterday which I had written in one of my notebooks, I had forgotten about it, it is a nice way to start the day, with quiet reflection.
Yesterday I was out and about in my town, it is mid/late September, I went into a shop and lo and behold they were putting out the Christmas stuff, surely it’s too early we haven’t even done Halloween yet. I said this to the guy, that we seem to be stuck in some kind of loop, moving from tradition to tradition in a never-ending cycle, he didn’t seem very happy that he had already been told to start stacking the shelves with elves and laughing Santas.
I have been absent for a while, every now and again I take a timeout from ‘internet life’ I focus on other things like the importance of sound in our lives, how different frequencies may affect us, lately I have also be looking into the power of our own voices and the healing capacity our voices may hold. In the end all comes back to the fact that we are energy, everything is energy, I was shown this in an OBE back in my early days as an interdimensional traveller, I was out of body and I wondered what the inside of the wooden window frame felt like so I flew into it. It was like globules of moving energy going up and down a bit like one of those 1970s lamps. It was so fascinating being there in the window frame.
