For many years, Paul McKenna worked a broadcaster, working for the likes of capital radio and BBC Radio One, that after having a hypnotist on as a guest on one of his radio shows, his life headed in a very different direction.
For the past nearly 30 years, Paul McKenna has been one of the country's most successful hypnotists and the author of a number of self help and personal development books.
To date, he has sold over 12 million books in more than 35 countries, making him one of the country's biggest non-fiction authors.
But during 2020, a year when COVID-19 interrupted everybody's lives, Paul has been using his years of experience aiding others to help people cope with the mental challenges of lockdown.
Through his hugely successful Positivity Podcast, he has been helping so many to try and remain positive in the face of one of the biggest challenges we've all had to face.
