In this episode of Standing Post, we have the unique opportunity to speak to Deputy Assistant Director Darryl Volpicelli, the former Special Agent in Charge of the Presidential Protective Detail. We have a frank discussion with him about the stresses of such a high-stakes job, the inner workings of what it takes to protect the President - including the secret trip into the Ukraine by train - and why it’s such a rewarding position that every agent in the Secret Service works towards.
During this episode of My First Foot Beat, Sgt. Tech. Natasha Rowles talks to Off. Joeniqua Colebrooke.
