Summary
A lively game of Friday Feud engages listeners as contestants compete for prizes, including a $50 gift card to Kittery Trading Post and tickets to the Trans-Siberian Orchestra. The game features survey questions where participants must guess the top five answers. The competition is tight, with the score tied at 15-15, creating an atmosphere of excitement and friendly rivalry.
Contestants Diane and Matt take turns answering questions, such as words people use when they don’t want to swear. The game reveals popular alternatives like "fudge" and "darn," while other guesses like "Jiminy Crickets" and "sugar" do not make the list. As the game progresses, the tension builds, especially when the next question asks for things that give people chills, leading to discussions about ghost stories and scary movies. Ultimately, Matt secures a victory for the gentlemen team, while Diane receives a consolation prize.
The episode concludes with a teaser for an upcoming Halloween special featuring sound effects and terrifying stories, promising more engaging content for listeners.
