Our focus this week: reproductive microbiome, managing screen time, 15 ways for a healthy brain

The Journey

Show Notes

Welcome to the weekly round up. The quick summary of some of the recent things we have been focusing on. This week we look at what the reproductive microbiome is, how it can cause potential issues when it is out of balance and most crucially what you can do to put it in an ideal state. Next up we look at screen time. Screens are hard to avoid these days so we turn to two of our expert advisors to talk about the positive ways to manage it. Staying on the brain we know issues with neurodevelopment are on the rise. We take to the latest research and talk about the fifteen positive things you can do to help with development. Finally keto and low carb diets are all the rage. Can there be a potential negative from a hormonal perspective as a result?
