#55 - Our Gardens Are Our Medicine | Carmen Lizasoain [Eclectic Earth Natural Health]
The Shed Organics ShowShow Notes
In the modern world, when we are plagued by illness and disease, we turn to modern pharmaceutical medicines to help us feel better again. Unfortunately, many of these prescribed fixes don't actually address the root causes, and only mask symptoms.
Today we are joined by Naturopath Carmen Lizasoain, who is here to discuss with us the power of healing found in our own gardens. For centuries, humans have turned to their gardens as their medicine cabinet, discovering a treatment for pretty much all that threatens our health in the plants we find around us.
I am fascinated by this world of plant medicines, and this conversation was really special and important for us all to hear.
