E50 - How the School Governing Board Affects Education with Ideologies and Politics with Steve Hayes
Pod Bless AmericaShow Notes
In any system, the governing body plays a pivotal role in its success or failure. The role of the school governing board is no different. Their decisions will impact the quality of schools, the community's safety, the town's or city's infrastructure, and more. With so many challenges facing the American education system today, how can the board of governors significantly impact students' education and future?
In this episode, Jim and Dan talk about the education system in America over a bottle of Wheat Penny Bourbon Whiskey. Also in the show is Steve Hayes. Steve is running for Casa Grande Union High School District #82 Governing Board, and he talks about why he is running for school governance and other concerns regarding the school's political and education system.
Enjoy!

Let's just say, they may be on the same team but that doesn't mean you can just walk into their house.
It's that time again. Line up one and all for the newest most super duperest COVID vaccines (you love your fellow citizens and grandparents don't you?). Will you comply with new mandates? Jim thinks you will. Also, the Supreme Court is about to get back at it. Join us while we talk about it.
