We first interviewed Duncan in March 2019 and he was just launching a new lending business. He was also spending time working out a new property investment business focused on fractional ownership. It's fair to say the two years since we last spoke have been an interesting time in the world. Duncan provides a brilliant insight into how his mentality shifted during Covid and how he was able to get everyone focused on the business to the point where every metric has grown or doubled in the past 12 months.
