Show Notes
Payno and Mike Brown are at Pennyhill Park to meet one of rugby’s most gallant crusaders, Sir Kev Sinfield. We talk about the extraordinary journey that has seen him raise more than £13 million for the fight against MND.
From his promise to Rob Burrow, to running more than 1,000 miles across the UK, seven ultras in seven days and being knighted for his services to rugby and the MND community, Sir Kev explains what keeps him going and why he says he’ll be doing this for as long as it takes to find a cure.
He also reflects on seeing Prince William and Princess Catherine at the finish line, his brilliant team of volunteers, his son Jack’s emotional Grand Final win, and plans to keep running abroad.
Plus, England coaches Lee Blackett and Richard Wigglesworth join Payno and Mike to discuss their coaching philosophy, the quality of this England squad and their plans to face Australia and the All Blacks this Autumn.
