Embodied vs. Alpha - Moving Beyond Separation

Miracle Academy - The Awakening

Show Notes

In this episode, Sean explores the difference between embodying the whole versus identifying with the "alpha" or separated state.

He shares how "alpha" refers to a masculine state of seeing oneself as a leader others must follow. It comes from a place of separation and control.

Sean explains embodiment means wrapping your arms around everything - pleasure, pain, suffering, joy. It is aligning with the "we are" state.

When you embody, you become the alchemist transmuting all duality into oneness. This singular point allows infinite expansion through compassion and forgiveness.

Sean notes we are given the illusion of separation, though our bodies contain interconnected systems. By going within and realizing the oneness in ourselves, we see the oneness beyond.

Categorizing yourself as "alpha" perpetuates separation and lower-vibration love. To embody is to take all that seems separate and move it into wholeness through understanding correspondence.

Sean encourages playing with imagining the interconnectedness of everything. This builds the narrative of unity. When you know this confidently, you become the creator of your unified reality.

Key Takeaways:

"Alpha" comes from separation, "embodied" recognizes wholeness

Embodying means compassionately alchemizing all duality

Our bodies show how everything is interconnected

"Alpha" is lower vibration love based in control

Embody by seeing correspondence in all things

Build the narrative of interconnectedness

In this episode, I sit down with Stephen Grayhm and Matt Dallas to unpack the real story behind Sheepdog. This is not just a film. It is a lived journey that took fourteen years to bring into the world and required confronting pain, resistance, and personal history at every step. We talk openly about trauma in the veteran experience, not as something to escape, but as the very force that forges clarity, purpose, and depth. Watching these men walk this path mirrored many moments in my own life. It became clear that what we label as trauma often carries the exact information needed for growth, leadership, and service. We explore the challenges of making a film that tells the truth, the internal battles that surfaced along the way, and what it means to keep going when the outcome is uncertain. This conversation is about resilience, responsibility, and discovering that there is life beyond the wound. This episode is for veterans, builders, and anyone who has been shaped by hardship and is ready to understand what that experience was preparing them for. Thank you and I Love you.

In this opening episode, I sit down with Garrain Asé for a deep and honest conversation about what it truly means to recreate your identity. We explore the roots of religion beyond doctrine, the role faith plays in shaping inner authority, and how modern men can return to clarity, responsibility, and presence in a world that often pulls them away from themselves. This is a conversation about remembrance rather than reinvention. About shedding inherited stories, questioning old frameworks, and choosing to live from truth instead of performance. We speak candidly about masculinity, devotion, discipline, and the quiet strength that comes from alignment. Remember, you are a miracle. Thank you, and I love you.
