Show Notes

"You are one decision away from change, just one decision." This week, I’m joined by Debbie Lash—yoga teacher, health coach, and psychedelic breath facilitator—who shares her powerful midlife transformation story.

Debbie walked away from a high-powered corporate career after a major wake-up call—hitting rock bottom. Her journey led her to deep healing through yoga and psychedelic breathwork, and ultimately, to a life of purpose and alignment.

"I started by getting a rash on my body, and that rash put me into bed. I had aches and pains, but I actually couldn't get out of bed for three weeks."

In this conversation, Debbie opens up about the challenges she’s faced, from adoption and abandonment wounds to the emotional complexity of reconnecting with her birth family. She shares how midlife, menopause, and breathwork have shaped her path, and what it really takes to navigate deep personal transformation.

We also explore the power of psychedelic breathwork—what makes it different, how it helps access the subconscious, and why it’s a profound tool for healing.

If you’re feeling stuck, on the edge of change, or simply curious about what’s possible in midlife, this episode is for you.
