More from Out of Love
This episode is about my path to being diagnosed with perimenopause, Autism and ADHD, and realising my burnout was caused by a cocktail of all three! If you're struggling with burnout, questioning if you might be neurodivergent or perimenopausal, then this episode is for you. There'll be a Part 2 soon with more info on life post diagnosis, and how to befriend burnout, whatever the cause!
Louise Pentland is an expert storyteller, iconic business woman, author, vlogger, mum of two, and most of all, one of my dearest friends. This past year we were both diagnosed perimenopausal and autistic (a classic combo for many women our age) and in this episode we talk about everything from discovering neurodivergence in adulthood, to early childhood trauma, to divorce, to chaotic birthing stories. But if that all sounds heavy, don’t worry, we somehow manage to laugh our way through!
