Brian Wilkerson is the founder of CrossFit Casual in Boise, ID. In today's episode, we sit down with Brian Wilkerson in Boise, Idaho. Brian is a 26 year old born-entrepreneur who went from selling paracord bracelets in 7th grade to building CrossFit Casual into a gym of 275+ members in just a couple of years. We talk about being shameless in business, why a gym might be the best third space we have left, and what comes after you hit the goal you set.
Key Moments and Highlights: How selling bracelets in middle school prepared him for business The spring break Tesla ride that changed his whole career path Going from finance graduate to camp counselor, and setting his ego aside to do it Why nobody is thinking about you as much as you think Six months of brutal challenges before opening day of CrossFit Casual The importance of gyms as a third space in a lonelier, remote-first world GLP-1s, the quick fix, and why he still believes in the gym Hitting 275 members and asking what's next
Brian is a killer operator and an even better dude. This conversation was incredibly inspiring for me, and I wish I would have been able to hear it when I was early on in my journey. Hope you dig it as much as I did.

Merlin Lipin is a Realtor in Billings, Montana. In today's episode, we sit down with Merlin Lipin in Billings, MT, a dual citizen who chased a golf scholarship from Belgium to Montana and built a career as one of the state's top real estate agents. We talk jack of all trades versus master of one, the ego inside passion, and trusting your gut instead of white knuckling life. Merlin opens up about the best round of golf he ever played, which felt like relief instead of joy, the year he burned out on real estate the same way he burned out on golf, and why he refuses to set a single sales goal anymore. Key Moments and Highlights: Growing up a dual citizen between Belgium and America The golf scholarship that brought him to Montana Realizing golf was tied to his ego His best round of golf ever, and why it felt like relief, not joy Jack of all trades versus master of one, on purpose Passion versus obsession, and the line between them The identity crash when sports, or any title, gets taken away Burning out on real estate the same way he burned out on golf Why he skips sales goals and focuses on daily inputs instead Defining intuition as a connection to your higher self

Mo Brossette is an extreme athlete and a mindset and human performance coach. In today's episode, we sit down with Mo Brossette in Billings, Montana. Mo spent nearly a decade as Director of Mindset at Dallas's Adaptive Training Foundation, helping veterans and adaptive athletes walk again through breath, language, and belief, and now coaches men through WATT's two-year leadership program. It's a wide-ranging conversation about why men are conditioned to bury their emotions, why someone always has to go first, and how the worst moments of your life can quietly become the foundation for everything that comes after. Along the way, Mo opens up about the night he got jumped outside a bar that changed the entire course of his life, losing a friend to suicide and the phone call that pushed him into breathwork, the father he never met (a police officer who died three days after Mo was conceived), and the ayahuasca ceremony that finally brought him peace.
