Hello hello sweet friend! I am SO glad you have found your way to my sweet space! This week I bring you an episode that is very close to my heart. I'm sharing with you my own health & wellness journey and how I've found myself studying to become a holistic health coach. It took me 21 years to break the lie of never being the ‘active girl.’ Through out 2022, I worked on changing my story. I spent time figuring out how to nurture my body in my own timing and in my own unique ways. It was a beautiful journey and I have learnt so much about myself and what I am truly capable of. Within this journey I found a passion for holistic health. My physical health journey only flourished when I first gave attention to my mental and emotional health. I love the journey I've been on for the past few years and have a feeling there may be some golden nuggets in my own story that can bring breakthrough in yours. Oh hey! As the title hints, this week we are chatting about a question I wrestled with for the first 5ish months of being married. I went into marriage with the assumption that I'd be a pretty low maintenance wife, but quickly found myself resenting the wife I showed up as. The Lord has been speaking a lot into this area of my journey, so buckle up and let's chat about the wifey era! M xx
