Physical Therapy Monologue

The Naked Man Podcast

Show Notes

This week, I finally talk about what's going on in my life -- and it all starts with a rock in my shoe.

I've been in physical therapy for the past couple months and that has coincided with a depression that has made it hard to do everything, including this podcast. The journey begins in childhood and is ongoing, but here's the story for now.

If you'd like to join and participate in The Naked Man community and my umbrella of projects, join my biweekly newsletter Wanderings.

In the meantime, please rate and subscribe! If you have a monologue that you'd like to perform (regardless of gender/sex), don’t hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected]. If you want to join our community, follow us on Instagram @nakedmanpod. Better yet, give us a call at 747-231-7120 and share your thoughts and feelings with us.
