In this episode, I’m joined by Laura Doyle, teacher, mother, and soon-to-be author of a deeply honest book titled Undelivered: Fertility, Miscarriage and My Journey to Self -Compassion. Laura shares her experience of trying to conceive, the obsession that can take over, the heartbreak of loss, and the lack of support that so often follows. We talk about the gaps in care, the silence that still surrounds miscarriage, and why she felt compelled to write Undelivered: a story about infertility, miscarriage, and the silent struggles so many carry alone. It's an emotional and honest conversation and I’m very thankful to Laura for sharing her journey so openly. Her book launch will take place on October 11 at 6pm in Athena Cafe, Longford.
