Sophie and Nic discuss The Double Best Method, Sophie's recently-invented decision-making tool, how to avoid regret, and how most people were trained to think in the wrong way about making choices. Also featuring brilliant poems by Robert Frost and Nic about decision-making.
Sophie and Nic discuss 'Grudge Sentencing', the perfect enhancement both to good grudge-holding and to the ditching of no-longer-wanted grudges. Also in this episode: white lies. When is it grudgeworthy to tell them?
Sophie and Nic discuss six possible barriers to discarding a grudge, and two crucial questions we can ask ourselves. Also on this episode: seating plans! Are they inherently grudgeworthy, and if not, what differentiates a grudgeworthy seating plan from one that's fine?
