Locked On NFL – Daily Podcast On The National Football League

Show Notes

The Baltimore Ravens look like the best team in the AFC North, but with the news that Lamar Jackson could miss multiple weeks, the season they were putting together could be upended. Joe Burrow and the Cincinnati Bengals have been up and down, but this gives them a chance to take the division back. The Denver Broncos lost a tough one this weekend, but they should be just fine moving forward. On the other hand, the Philadelphia Eagles are in big trouble and they have a tough schedule ahead of them while the Dallas Cowboys have a chance to go on a run even with a poor defense. The New England Patriots bounced back with a massive win over the Buffalo Bills and now can get rolling to regain momentum. In the NFC North, the Detroit Lions and Green Bay Packers both have been playing bad football, but the Lions have a much better shot of righting the ship. Finally, the Los Angeles Rams have disappointed early and sit at 2-2, but taking all the shine off of them early may have been the best thing for this team.

The San Francisco 49ers moved to 6-0 on the season after their win on Monday Night Football and with the closest competitor at 3-3 in the NFC West, Brock Purdy's crew has somewhat shut the door on the Seattle Seahawks and Los Angeles Rams.
