Let's protect your self-esteem from societal judgements. English Black is the Founder of The Curated Aesthetic, a boutique medspa known for refined results. English is also a physician assistant, allergen trainer, and speaker. Her work explores the psychology of beauty, self trust, and identity, challenging the industry to treat humans over just faces. English encourages women to embrace whatever is best for them from a place of self trust. Today, you'll hear her perspective on unrealistic beauty standards, why some women stay hidden, and practical tools for building self worth. In this episode, you will learn about: The difference between a controlled approach to beauty versus a confident one. What we sometimes need to see the version of ourselves that others see. Why we shouldn't pass judgement on other women who seek aesthetic changes. The importance of deep inner work in building your confidence and where it starts. How the main fears we have as humans impact the way we pursue aesthetic changes. Where actually feeling seen starts and how it adds to the magic of aesthetics. The variabilities we all face in aging and why transparency about it matters. How learning to let go makes you feel lighter and look younger. What it means to be a wild woman: Being your most authentic self.

Here's what actually makes people pay attention to you, and it isn't that you finally got clear on what you do. It's that they can FEEL why you're doing it. Authors write the books they needed in their darkest days, and most of us started our businesses because we needed the thing to exist in the first place. That's the part we bury, and it's so much closer to the sale than you think. So if you've been leading with your title and wondering why it isn't landing, this one's for you. In this episode, you'll learn: Why people buy the transformation, not the title Where your "why" actually lives, and why it's right next to the hardest thing you've been through How to find the one answer only you can give The exercise that turns your story into the reason people choose you ✅ Want to look instantly bookable when someone checks you out? Last month, we walked into Patrick Bet-David's Vault Conference, 8K people at the MGM Grand, and I watched my husband Dan take one of the biggest stages in the world while I sat on the floor taking it all in. We flew home with a notebook we still can't stop flipping through, so in this one, we're handing you the best ten lessons from it. So whether you're building, growing, or launching something new, this one's for you. In this episode, you'll learn: Why most people's real problem is that they don't dream big enough, and how proximity fixes it Why consistently good beats occasionally great every single time The paper walls quietly capping your business, and the one question that breaks them Why your vibe attracts your tribe, and how you actually attract wealth Why doubling down on in-person is the smartest move while everyone else goes digital ✅ Want our free Couple's Retreat Playbook? If you're showing up everywhere and still can't figure out why none of it is converting, I promise you it's not your content. It's the order you built things in. There's a structure underneath all of this, three layers of it, and almost everyone builds it exactly upside down. It's like framing the walls of a house before anyone poured the foundation, you can do it, it just won't hold anything up. So if you're loud online and still somehow blending in, this one's for you. In this episode, you'll learn: Why a personal brand is copyable but a position never is The positioning pyramid, and the order you have to build it in Why almost all of us build it upside down and wonder why nothing converts How I used this to fill a 500-person room for the Pink Skirt Summit ✅ Want to get yourself booked on podcasts and in the press? Three catchphrases, three people, and you'd know every one of them before I said their names. So here's my question, what's yours? Underneath every phrase you can name is a position that got picked years earlier, and the phrase is just what the market made out of it. So if you're tired of being the best-kept secret in your industry, this one's for you. In this episode, you'll learn: Why the position always comes before the catchphrase How to write your only line, the one sentence only you can say Why a description gets read once but a position gets repeated in rooms you're not in The two halves of your line: what you believe and what you've lived ✅ DM me the word "KIT" on Instagram and I'll send you my free media kit template. From the outside, a lot of what we do with our kids looks lazy. We don't rush in every time something gets hard. And for a long time I worried that meant we were bad parents. Here's what we figured out: stop rescuing them, let them fail (safely), and you raise kids who can handle life without you hovering. In this He Said, She Said, Dan and I get honest about the unconventional ways we raise our boys, the bubble wrap we refused, the rescue reflex we killed, and the parenting moves that look weird from the outside but build independence on purpose. If you've ever felt guilty for not doing everything for your kids, this one's for you. In this episode, you'll learn: Why "this looks lazy" can actually be the most loving move How to stop rescuing without abandoning them Why letting kids fail safely builds more confidence than bubble wrap The systems and hard conversations we use so independence sticks ✅ Want our free Couple's Playbook?
