Dale spent years building out a global security apparatus, and this episode goes through what that job actually looks like — from explosives training and K9 work in Bali to the ambush that nearly got him killed.

He walks through his role during the fall of Afghanistan, including the work of rescuing interpreters as the country fell, which combatants he's willing to engage in a mission, and what it actually takes to get people out of hostile countries. He also covers a 2010 crash in Dubai, a wild story about rescuing a client's kid from a spring break trip gone very wrong, and why he's not a fan of doing business in Saudi Arabia. The episode closes on a lighter note — the friendliest people he's encountered doing this work, his take on Hong Kong, and his experience in China.
