Show Notes

Summer is supposed to feel easier. The school schedules are gone. The alarms aren't quite as early. The pressure of the school year starts to lift. But for many moms, summer eventually starts to feel harder. Have you ever noticed how summer starts out feeling exciting but somehow leaves you feeling exhausted halfway through? In this episode, we're talking about the hidden support systems built into the school year and why so many moms struggle when those systems disappear during the summer months. When those supports disappear, we often find ourselves making more decisions, carrying more mental load, and slowly pushing our own needs to the bottom of the list. Today we're diving into why summer creates so much decision fatigue, how routines lose their "home" during different seasons, and why feeling disconnected from yourself may have less to do with discipline and more to do with lost support. Ultimately, I want you to start looking at your routines differently. Instead of assuming you need more discipline or motivation, I want you to consider whether the habits that matter most to you have simply lost their home this summer. Because when support disappears, consistency often disappears right along with it. Let's partner together because momming is not easy, but it's way harder when you keep trying to do it alone. This is your reset… it's time to pop in your ear pods, drop the stress, and let’s get stacking. WEEKLY FOCUS GUIDE

When the laundry is piling up, the dishes never stop, and your schedule is bursting at the seams, prioritizing your health doesn't exactly feel like the most logical place to start. Momma, I GET IT! After having my babies, I struggled to find myself in the middle of motherhood. With every child, I felt further away from the woman I used to be, and taking care of myself always seemed less urgent than everything happening around me. But what if we've been looking at this backward? What if prioritizing ONE small healthy habit could actually help you build the energy, confidence, and consistency you need to tackle everything else? In today's episode, I'm sharing five reasons why your health deserves a place in your daily routines, even when life feels overwhelming. Because building healthy habits isn't just about improving your health. It's about learning how to follow through on something that matters to YOU. 🎉 JOIN ME LIVE OCTOBER 20TH! How many times have you said, "I just need to get organized!"? We spend hours decluttering our homes, planning our schedules, and trying to get our lives back in order. But somehow, a week later, we're right back where we started. So what are we missing? Momma, getting organized and STAYING organized are two completely different things! Today, I'm sharing a recent experience with my bonus room that reminded me why organization isn't just about creating order. It's about building the daily habits that help us maintain it. Whether you're trying to organize your home, improve your health, or get control of your schedule, there are three important pieces to making lasting progress: awareness, planning, and maintenance. Because the goal isn't to create a life that never gets messy. It's to build routines that help you get back on track when life happens. 🎉 JOIN ME LIVE OCTOBER 20TH! Have you ever looked around at another load of laundry, another sink full of dishes, another day of taking care of everyone else and wondered… when is there going to be room for me again? Motherhood may not suddenly get less demanding. The responsibilities aren't going anywhere. But that doesn't mean you have to keep waiting for life to make room for you. In this episode, I'm sharing how I started habit stacking small acts of self-care into my daily routines long before I had the capacity for bigger changes. What started with one incredibly simple health habit eventually became the foundation for taking better care of myself and making room for the woman I am outside of motherhood. You don't have to change your entire life to start getting yourself back. You just need somewhere small enough to begin. Plus, I'm sharing how you can take this work even deeper with me inside my upcoming Organize Your Health workshop. Motherhood will change the plan, but learning to stack will help you keep moving forward. 🎉REGISTER HERE: Organize Your Health LIVE Workshop — October 20th @ 10:30 CST Come build your 90-day habit stacking health plan with me and let's get a head start BEFORE January.
