The Jazz Man (Pride 2026)
Len the Jazz Man had a fan. The same one, every night he performed at the Imperial Pub. He knew it was them - even if they wore a different face, a different body, every time they came. He knew them, and he loved them. If only they'd admit it was them. Maybe they could have a future together.
(But they never would)
Content Warnings: Mentions of child and spousal abuse, mild sexual themes
Songs used: Trombone Cholly, Bleeding Hearted Blues, Down Hearted Blues (by Bessie Smith)
Dedicated to the Imperial Pub, Toronto, 1944 - 2025.

CARE FOR GAZA is delivering aid within Gaza. As Israel's blockade is preventing food from entering Gaza, it's important to donate to aid groups working within Gaza to save Palestinian lives, and to continue pushing world governments for sanctions and arms embargoes on Israel.
