Of being invited into one of the most powerful thresholds a woman and family will ever cross. Of holding space for the mystery, the intensity, the surrender, and the miracle of life unfolding. This episode is a love letter to physiological birth and to the women who birth the new generation. It’s also a reflection on the deep honour and responsibility of those of us who walk beside them in that moment.

After being on the pill since the age of 15, when she got off it at the age of 21she didn’t get her period back for over a year. And this episode shares the story of her daughter's quick birth under an hour, alone at home with only her kids.
