Alcohol Tipping PointShow Notes
Listen to this ATP podcast as we hear from Samantha Lander, a Functional Diagnostics practitioner, certified personal trainer, and holistic lifestyle coach, who shares her inspiring journey from substance use to sobriety. Despite maintaining a rigorous workout routine and a perfect diet, she struggled with weight issues and knew there had to be a deeper cause. She found an alternative way to heal, rebuilt her health and discovered she didn’t have to settle for feeling terrible. Tune in if you’re sober curious, already sober, or seeking solutions for health issues that traditional medicine hasn’t resolved. After a lot of thought I’ve decided to pause the podcast and live Alcoholiday groups (just cannot bring myself to say end them, because, who knows?) It’s been a great run of 200+ podcasts and 42ish Alcoholidays (wow!!) I just celebrated my 5 years of alcohol freedom and I’m ready to focus in a different direction. What that is- I don’t know yet, but I do know I need to be part of something bigger than me and have meaningful in real life connection and community. In this last podcast I reflect on my last 5 years of sobriety and ATP and go into more of an explanation of making this decision. Thank you so much for listening and being part of the ATP community. I just can't express my thanks enough. I would not have kept doing this if it weren't for you all. Please remember- you are not broken and you can change. Much love and gratitude, Deb Ready to change your drinking habit? Visit Alcohol Tipping Point website at http://www.alcoholtippingpoint.com/ for lots of FREE resources including:

Join the growing health trend of giving up alcohol for a month. Dry January has shown to improve sleep, save money, and improve health. An alcohol-free month has a lot of benefits. Research published in the British Medical Journal showed one month off alcohol lowers blood pressure, reduces diabetes risk, lowers cholesterol and reduces levels of cancer-related proteins in the blood.
