This week I'm joined by Gemma of This Social Cottage - Gemma is an Instagram strategist who is an absolute GENIUS at messaging, and she just had an incredible £77k launch for her new membership, The Plotting Shed. We touched on Instagram tips, but the main thing I wanted to chat about with Gemma is how she built her launch and her offer in public. She shared: - The behind the scenes of her launch, including why she pushed the dates back - Her waitlist strategy - How she listened to exactly what her audience wanted to learn from her to build her new membership - How she brought people along for the journey, and had her best launch ever.
Thanks so much to Gemma for joining me for this lovely chat 🥰
And don't forget, Thurs 26th is the last day to grab an early bird spot for Light Up Your Movement - if you're listening live, you can join us now for £95 + VAT for the 2 week sprint 💡

If you’re anything like me, or pretty much every client I’ve ever worked with, I bet at one stage, you’ve said the words “I think I’m just attracting the wrong people”. We’re taught that as long as we get the numbers, we can make the sales. As long as you can get x amount of people on your waitlist, or 10k followers, or however many leads - as long as you have eyes on your content, you’ll be able to hit your revenue goals. But UNFORTUNATELY it’s not always as simple as that, and if you're a business owner looking to grow and scale, you've likely come across this issue too. In this episode I share the four things to focus on to start attracting more ready to buy, action taking people into your audience with your content.
There's a massive difference from trying to get views and go viral on Instagram, vs content that creates demand for you and your work. In this episode, we're chatting about the magic combo of:
Growing an audience on your Instagram or other socials is often focused on how to get the most views, or how to go as viral as possible. And getting views is great, but what we reaaally love is content that builds your audience AND gets you the opportunities and business growth that you want.
We all know that growing a following online doesn't necessarily mean making the money you want to make - but WHY is that? What is it that makes some people with a relatively small audiences make way more sales than some people with huge audiences?
Being consistent with content is one thing, but what about posting content that gets you the opportunities you want? Whether it's getting a book deal, working with brands, growing your community or getting more sales, we need to reverse engineer your content world to bring these goals to life.
