Show Notes
Another little mini episode from me this week. I originally shared some of these thoughts on Instagram stories earlier this week, and the response reminded me just how many people quietly carry these feelings too, so I’ve put them into this episode.
These are very personal thoughts and feelings to share and they came after such a lovely and happy moment. I'm sharing because I think we need to talk more honestly about triggers and grief.
You can be genuinely happy for someone else and heartbroken for yourself at the same time, and I don’t think that’s something we should feel shame or guilt around anymore.
If any of this resonates with you, please know you are not alone in it.
This is a very emotional episode. You will find support links and resources in the show notes below.💛
If this episode resonated with you, I would love to hear your thoughts in the comments on Spotify. Sharing, rating or reviewing the podcast really helps these conversations reach more people.
