What do you do when someone feels left out? Whether you're navigating cliques among teenagers, feeling excluded from a group of friends, or noticing someone on the outskirts of a community, these situations can be hard to navigate. And sometimes, we don't even realize when we're contributing to the problem.
In this episode, I'm sharing an activity I created for the young women I work with to help them understand group dynamics, recognize the different roles people play, and learn how to be more kind and inclusive. We'll explore why people form cliques, how fear and insecurity can influence our behavior, and what we can do when we find ourselves feeling left out or see someone else being excluded.
