Jamie and Sophie get CHILDBIRTH advice

This week, Jamie and Sophie are joined by doula extraordinaire Poppy Child, who swoops in with some much-needed wisdom — and the occasional reality check.

From breathing tips to contraction hacks, Poppy talks them through the A–Z of surviving childbirth. PLUS, Poppy gives Jamie a live tutorial in perineal massage — but will Jamie’s enthusiasm score him top of the class, or just a pain in Sophie’s derrière? 🍑 Brace yourselves... it’s about to get weird.

ALSO, the couple have a scandalous sex update and a heated debate about which positions they’ll try next time they do the deed. 👀
