A Shot of Strange: Lincolnshire Big Cat Investigation Trailer
Occultaria of Albion: The Paranormal BroadcastShow Notes
Starting on September 28th, the new season of A Shot of Strange begins and we're investigating the phenomena of mysterious big cats. Large feral felines are thought to exist throughout the UK, with dozens of sightings every year. Are they real, or are these sightings little more than shadows, mistaken identity or hoax? Follow the series as we investigate one of the wildest and most debated phenomena in Britain today. During the series we speak to experts and eyewitnesses as well as going out into the countryside on our own big cat expedition - and what better place to do it than one of the largest and most rural counties in the country: Lincolnshire. Tune in on September 28th for episode 1 of the Lincolnshire Big Cat Investigation with the Occultaria of Albion. The Lindow Man series has finished but do not despair - here is a bonus episode! Though not about Lindow Man, it is certainly similar - with a focus on deep time. Once again I spoke with Dr Helen Wickstead and this time we talked about dawn stones? What are dawn stones? What is an eolith? Fine somewhere comfortable, relax and tune in to find out.
For this final part of the Lindow Man investigation we, at last, pay a visit to the actual remains of Lindow Man in the British Museum. This might be the last Lindow Man episode but with luck there will be a bonus episode in the very near future... If you've heard the previous 2 episodes then you're going to love this one! I have been able to interview the legendary producer, Phil Hampson! He was the mastermind behind the Lindow Man song. Lots of interesting revelations in this episode - one involving Slade frontman, Noddy Holder! It's quite incredible!
