Alana's path to Islam started with trauma, a forced conversion ceremony at 13 that left her disconnected from faith for years, even as she quietly kept searching. After a breakdown alone in grad school led her to sajdah before she even knew what it was, she found in the Quran the clarity and framework she'd been missing her whole life. In this episode, she opens up about the family who cut her off, the mosque experience that nearly pushed her away, and the hard-won peace she's built as a revert still learning every day.-Get a FREE $10 when you start investing with Wahed and use code "CANYON".
