Show Notes
This week’s episode is a little different.
It’s a solo mini episode.
After my birthday weekend last week, I shared a few thoughts on Instagram stories that seemed to resonate with a lot of people, so I wanted to share them here too. This mini episode a short chat about what it felt like to finally relax and properly enjoy a birthday weekend again after everything we have been through over the past few years. How easy it is to forget to actually live whilst in the midst of a fertility journey that isn’t turning out as expected, and how important it is to take a breather, step off the conveyor belt and allow moments of joy, connection and normal life in amongst it all too. Support links and resources are included in the show notes below.💛 If this episode resonated with you, I would love to hear your thoughts in the comments on Spotify. Sharing, rating or reviewing the podcast really helps these conversations reach more people.
