Writing and creating your own work as an actor. How writing a short film helped me, and why it can help you too!

Listen to Dru and guest Louis Brogan chatting all things from showreel shorts, staying focused on yourself, learning new skills when you have some downtime, wellbeing, appreciating the moments, and why not to read a certain book at bedtime.

Dru talks about FIVE key things that can help actors during the quiet periods between jobs.

Dru chats about a conversation he recently had which made him want to talk about the realities and challenges, but great rewards of becoming an actor.

Dru Jones introduces the new series of the podcast, talking about the new format, being told his accent would hold him back, and how not to let others put limiting belief on you.

Dru Jones chats with actor and comedian John May. As well as a list of top TV credits in shows such as TIME, LITTLE BOY BLUE and TIN STAR, John is also the creator of a hugely successful web series and videos which went viral this past year which led to him performing his own sell-out one man show which debuted last month in Liverpool and will be touring the UK and Ireland later this year. He chats with Dru about everything from beginning his acting journey, creating his own original content, and much more in an open, honest and great chat. Thank you for listening and hope you enjoy.
