Show Notes
Has Pavel Zacha become a realistic trade target for the Montreal Canadiens? The Habs’ search for help at second-line centre continues, and Boston Bruins forward Pavel Zacha could be a very interesting name to watch. On today’s Starr & D’Amico Show, we break down whether Zacha actually makes sense for Montreal, what he could bring to the Canadiens’ top six and what the Habs might have to give up to acquire him. We also look at the bigger picture in Boston. How does Fraser Minten’s new contract impact Zacha’s future with the Bruins? With Zacha a pending UFA, could Boston eventually decide that moving him is the better option rather than risk losing him for nothing? And most importantly: Is Zacha good enough to be the Canadiens’ answer at 2C, or should Kent Hughes be targeting something bigger?
