What if spiritual warfare isn't primarily about what the enemy is doing — but about who Jesus is? Graham Cooke unpacks the tactics of the enemy with clarity and humor, then lands on the principle that changes everything: don't engage on the enemy's terms. Caleb didn't shrink back from the giants because he was too busy marveling at the size of God. That's the mindset Graham wants us to carry into every conflict we face.
Key Scriptures: + 1 Thessalonians 2:18. "For we wanted to come to you — I, Paul, again and again — but Satan hindered us." + John 10:10. "The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy." + Colossians 2:14-15. "He canceled the certificate of debt... He disarmed the rulers and authorities and put them to open shame." + 1 John 3:8. "The reason the Son of God appeared was to destroy the works of the devil." + Isaiah 61:1. "He has sent me to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound."

What if the why question is the one question that makes us an invalid? In the final segment of New Man Theology, Graham Cooke shows us that growing up into all the fullness of Jesus requires "a continuous upgrading of our lens", and that right now every one of us is "having a lens change about something" with "no blame, shame or condemnation". Discover why the two best questions we can ever ask were both asked on the day of Pentecost, "what does this mean and what must I do", why "a lens change automatically aligns you with trust and with faith", and why worship itself is a lens change that creates "the same atmosphere that's around the throne". Graham closes by praying over us for a peace "where there's no fear, there's no apprehension" and asking God to "restore and renew our spiritual lens". Key Scriptures: + Acts 2:12. "And they all continued in amazement and great perplexity, saying to one another, 'What does this mean?'" + Acts 2:37. "Now when they heard this, they were pierced to the heart, and said to Peter and the rest of the apostles, 'Brethren, what shall we do?'" + Philippians 4:7. "And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." + Ephesians 4:23. "and that you be renewed in the spirit of your mind," + Hebrews 8:13. "When He said, 'A new covenant,' He has made the first obsolete. But whatever is becoming obsolete and growing old is ready to disappear." What if the revival you've been praying for is already living on the inside of you? In this second part of Graham Cooke's session on lens changes, he traces the biggest one of all: Jesus moving us from a visitational relationship, where God "could come on you but he could lift off you," into a habitation of God by the Spirit, making us "a race of people never seen in the earth before." Discover why God "doesn't speak to your head, he speaks into your spirit," why "in a habitational culture you are the revival," and why prayer becomes "a delight" rather than "a discipline" once you "pray like a bride" and pray "with God, not towards him." Key Scriptures: + 2 Corinthians 5:17. "Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creature; the old things passed away; behold, new things have come." + John 16:14-15. "He will glorify Me, for He will take of Mine and will disclose it to you. All things that the Father has are Mine; therefore I said that He takes of Mine and will disclose it to you." + Hebrews 7:25. "Therefore He is able also to save forever those who draw near to God through Him, since He always lives to make intercession for them." + 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18. "Rejoice always; pray without ceasing; in everything give thanks; for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus." + Romans 8:26. "In the same way the Spirit also helps our weakness; for we do not know how to pray as we should, but the Spirit Himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words." What if the call of God is designed to bring up every inadequacy in you, so that he can hand you a new lens for it? In this episode Graham Cooke opens Ephesians 1:18, the prayer that "the eyes of your heart, your spiritual lens, would be enlightened," and walks us into one of the best personal lens changes in the Bible: God telling a shepherd who is "slow of speech," "See, I have made you as God to Pharaoh." Discover why "you can't go into the enemy from a lower place than he is," why Moses had to practice his new voice all the way back down into Egypt, and why your identity rests on an alignment of three things: perception, mindset and language. Graham closes with the lens changes the church has already made, from the Reformation to the indwelling Holy Spirit, "a real person and an absolute genius," and the one certain aspects of the church still need to make "so that we're seeing things absolutely in line with the Godhead." Key Scriptures: + Ephesians 1:18-19. "I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened, so that you will know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, and what is the surpassing greatness of His power toward us who believe." + Exodus 4:10. "Then Moses said to the LORD, 'Please, Lord, I have never been eloquent, neither recently nor in time past, nor since You have spoken to Your servant; for I am slow of speech and slow of tongue.'" + Exodus 7:1. "Then the LORD said to Moses, 'See, I make you as God to Pharaoh, and your brother Aaron shall be your prophet.'" + Exodus 7:16. "The LORD, the God of the Hebrews, sent me to you, saying, 'Let My people go, that they may serve Me in the wilderness.'" + Ephesians 2:6. "and raised us up with Him, and seated us with Him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus," Want to explore more? 📚 Browse Graham Cooke's books and teachings: https://www.brilliantbookhouse.com/ 🌍 Discover the movement experiencing God's love every day: https://brilliantmovement.com/ As always, thanks for listening!
What if the thing God is asking you to walk into isn't a loss at all, but the doorway to a kingdom far bigger than the one you've been living in? Graham Cooke follows Peter across the threshold of Cornelius's house, where an apostle who had never set foot in a Gentile home discovers that God "doesn't care anything for the traditions of man" and that "hundreds of millions of people" were lining up behind that one door. Then Saul, the academic theologian who was "100% on a mission from God," has "a violent encounter with grace" on the Damascus road, and thick scales fall from his eyes. Discover why God gave you a Comforter ("so that he could mess with you"), why some things have to be forcibly removed before we can see, and why Graham insists that "if grace is not scandalous, it's not grace" — because "if it's not too good to be true, it's not God." Key Scriptures: + Acts 10:28. "And he said to them, 'You yourselves know how unlawful it is for a man who is a Jew to associate with a foreigner or to visit him; and yet God has shown me that I should not call any man unholy or unclean.'" + Matthew 15:3. "And He answered and said to them, 'Why do you yourselves transgress the commandment of God for the sake of your tradition?'" + Philippians 3:5-6. "circumcised the eighth day, of the nation of Israel, of the tribe of Benjamin, a Hebrew of Hebrews; as to the Law, a Pharisee; as to zeal, a persecutor of the church; as to the righteousness which is in the Law, found blameless." + Acts 9:3-5. "As he was traveling, it happened that he was approaching Damascus, and suddenly a light from heaven flashed around him; and he fell to the ground and heard a voice saying to him, 'Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting Me?' And he said, 'Who are You, Lord?' And He said, 'I am Jesus whom you are persecuting.'" + Acts 9:17-18. "So Ananias departed and entered the house, and after laying his hands on him said, 'Brother Saul, the Lord Jesus, who appeared to you on the road by which you were coming, has sent me so that you may regain your sight and be filled with the Holy Spirit.' And immediately there fell from his eyes something like scales, and he regained his sight, and he got up and was baptized." What if the next change God works in your life doesn't start with trying harder, but with a lens change? Graham Cooke opens New Man Theology with a simple picture — everyone comes into life with a lens that either bends the light so you can see clearly or blocks it so everything is blurred and ill-defined — and shows why perception, mindset, and language are "all the keys to transformation." Discover why following Jesus means learning a foreign language, and why the God who met Peter on a rooftop in Joppa is "endlessly patient and fabulously good" — quite happy to do a retake until we get it. Graham lands on the invitation that changes everything: when God shows you something you don't understand, move towards it, "because you get revelation as you go, not as you stand still, and definitely not as you retreat." Key Scriptures: + John 1:47-48. "Jesus saw Nathanael coming to Him, and said of him, 'Behold, an Israelite indeed, in whom there is no deceit!' Nathanael said to Him, 'How do You know me?' Jesus answered and said to him, 'Before Philip called you, when you were under the fig tree, I saw you.'" + Matthew 5:43-44. "You have heard that it was said, 'You shall love your neighbor and hate your enemy.' But I say to you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you." + Acts 4:13. "Now as they observed the confidence of Peter and John and understood that they were uneducated and untrained men, they were amazed, and began to recognize them as having been with Jesus." + Acts 10:13-15. "A voice came to him, 'Get up, Peter, kill and eat!' But Peter said, 'By no means, Lord, for I have never eaten anything unholy and unclean.' Again a voice came to him a second time, 'What God has cleansed, no longer consider unholy.'" + Acts 10:19-20. "While Peter was reflecting on the vision, the Spirit said to him, 'Behold, three men are looking for you. But get up, go downstairs and accompany them without misgivings, for I have sent them Myself.'"
