Hello my friend! It's that time of the week again when I bring you a chatty episode to brighten up your day! About a month ago I finished up a 12 week health challenge. This was required for my holistic health coaching & nutritionist study, so I was pretty much my own client. In this episode I share with you what goals I chose that incorporated nutrition and all the highs and lows of the 12 week experience. It was fascinating seeing how so many factors of my life interacted with each other. I hope you enjoy listening to all the things I learnt about myself and holistic health. Oh hey! As the title hints, this week we are chatting about a question I wrestled with for the first 5ish months of being married. I went into marriage with the assumption that I'd be a pretty low maintenance wife, but quickly found myself resenting the wife I showed up as. The Lord has been speaking a lot into this area of my journey, so buckle up and let's chat about the wifey era! M xx
