Learn about the 4 D's of Disconnection, starting with Diagnosis. Although Diagnosis can helpful in some situations, such as medically, we dive into examples specifically within relationships where this way of thinking can lead to disconnection.
If the Diagnosis is the focus as we view a person and who they are, this may very well cause judgement and prevent the connection desired.
Let's learn how to move beyond disconnection from diagnosis, such as ADHD, codependent, viewing others as narcissistic, or any viewpoint that would be considered a label, and find tools to navigate a more empathetic connection.
