For many, life feels like this constant road of stress, like we never get on top of it, there is always so much to do, and never really time for what is important in life.
The big question that results is, how is this affecting our body, our minds, our health, really?
In this episode of The Dose is Everything I share a conversation I had on the 'How to Live Longer & Love it' show, we discussed; stress, burnout, nervous system regulation, mental health, anxiety, productivity, purpose, resilience, emotional wellbeing, and creating a healthier, happier life.
Most people believe they need a better diet, more discipline, more productivity, or a stronger routine. But what if the real issue is chronic stress, nervous system exhaustion, and living in constant fight or flight mode?
In this conversation we explore how modern life, social media, technology, work pressure, overstimulation, poor boundaries, and always being busy may quietly be affecting your energy, sleep, mood, focus, decision-making, mental health, and long-term wellbeing.
This conversation is for anyone who feels: Constantly tired, stressed, overwhelmed, or burned out. Always productive but never fulfilled. Disconnected from purpose and balance. Feeling pressure to do more but enjoying life less.
Enjoy.

Part 1 got EPIC feedback on how practical the tips were, so I'm excited to share part 2 with you, 5 more science back tips to fuel your health and performance. Enjoy.
Nutrition is an art and a science, it's science because the body needs certain nutrients in a certain form in certain amounts, this gives us a guide for how to eat for optimal human health. But the art comes in making it work for how we live, for enjoyment, for performance.
In the last show I made a guiding statement "the truth will set you free". And I believe this whole heartedly. But, it poised a question from a listener, how do you know if you are living through truth, whether you have found truth, and the answer, challenge EVERYTHING.
Who do you want to be, a powerful question. As, we're always working towards something, are we not? 3 years ago I met a guy, Jody Warrington, an elite cycling coach, and through that friendship we developed identify statements, guiding lights to our personal development. Today, I talk you through the story, how I developed mine, what it is, what it means to me, and how to develop your own. And, importantly, how it powerfully guides my personal development.
Sometimes it's the simplest of concepts that can change your life, but, to change, we first need to remove the chaos, and in the modern world, this can be one of the biggest challanges we face, working out fact from fiction, and then, working out what is true for us.
