Show Notes

It was so exciting to meet Jacqui Hurley who is at the pinnacle of her broadcasting career in sport after it was hot off the press that she is the new host of the iconic Sunday Game, a dream job she has wanted for a long time. We talked about everything from the secrets to Jacqui's long-lasting career after she was the first ever female to present Sunday Sport on RTE Radio 1 back in 2009; her book 'Girls Play Too' which celebrates the achievements of Irish sportswomen; how we can keep more teenage girls in sport; juggling a successful career with a young family and how a personal tragedy in her family has led Jacqui to make the most of every opportunity in her life.
