The Case Of

Show Notes

Erin Patterson has lost her appeal against convictions for murdering three people and attempting to murder a fourth with a poisoned Beef Wellington lunch at her Leongatha home in July 2023. The three Appeal Court judges also found, "this offending was extraordinarily cold and calculated and stands to be denounced in the strongest terms," and removed the 33-year non-parole period, which means Patterson will likely spend the rest of her life in prison. Rachael Brown and Kristian Silva join Stocky and discuss the result and reasons given. If you have any questions you'd like Kristian, Rachael and Stocky to answer in future episodes, please email [email protected]. The Case Of is the follow-up to the hit podcast Mushroom Case Daily, and all episodes of that show will remain available in the back catalogue of The Case Of.
