Our Manhattan gals take the ferry to Staten Island for the New York Fire Department’s male calendar competition and shudder at the idea that all women might want to be saved.
Samantha makes her firehouse fantasy happen with the biggest himbo on the crew, Carrie catches the eye of the politician with the fact that she’s never voted, Charlotte dates a blonde puncher, and Miranda has the perfect plot of eye surgery.
We chat the pyramid scheme of Hoboken, Carrie as the center of the friendship polycule, hyper-independence as a trauma response, and the eternal nature of the local celebrity.
