In this weeks episode we sit down with A league and Socceroos legend Archie Thompson. Archie is one of the most humble, down to earth and honest guy we've had the pleasure to speak to. We talk to Archie about his current situation being in lockdown in Melbourne, how it has affected him and his family and steps he has in place to ensure a healthy mind. Archie dives into his experiences with mental health particularly in his final year of soccer and the scary reality that set in when sport no longer acted as a coping mechanism for him which resulted to alcohol use and suicidal thoughts.
