Show Notes
In this episode, I share my 2024 conference talk from the International Psychosynthesis Gathering in Italy—where I spoke about one of the most foundational (and sometimes controversial) aspects of psychosynthesis: the experience of the conscious “I”.
We’ll explore what it truly means to disidentify from your thoughts, emotions, and roles—and instead recognize yourself as pure consciousness, a loving, willing observer. This isn’t just theory. It’s something we can all experience and cultivate through practice.
Drawing on both Eastern philosophy and the deep wisdom of Roberto Assagioli, I’ll reflect on how we can develop a stable inner core—untouched by life’s chaos—and access a deep reservoir of stillness and power.
If you’ve ever wondered who you really are beneath the surface, this talk is for you.
