Show Notes

I heard it’s going to rain this weekend, so I’m planning to stay home and watch a movie. Let’s learn how to say “I heard / people say” in Chinese. Hello, dàjiā hǎo, wǒ shì Janine.Hello everyone, I’m Janine.

Tīng shuō zhè zhōumò yào xià yǔ.I heard it’s going to rain this weekend.

Suǒyǐ wǒ dǎsuàn zài jiā xiūxi, kàn yí bù xīn diànyǐng.So I’m planning to stay home and watch a new movie.

Péngyou gàosu wǒ, nà bù diànyǐng hěn hǎo xiào.My friend told me it’s really funny.

Wǒ xiǎng, jìrán wàimiàn xià yǔ, xiào yí xiào yě bú cuò.I thought, since it’s raining outside, having a laugh isn’t bad at all.
